I am an attorney at Fiedler Law Firm, P.L.C., where we specialize in representing workers in employment law cases. These include claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. I have experience handling OSHA workplace safety claims, Sarbanes Oxley retaliation claims, and SEC whistleblower claims. I also advise workers on employment contracts and issues and help them negotiate severance and other agreements. I have been a trial lawyer and litigator for more than 15 years.

I am also an expert on algorithmic bias, which I have published on extensively, and regularly present on. More and more employment-related decisions are being made by algorithms. When those decisions are inaccurate, unfair, and violate the law, they will need to be challenged.

My legal career has been focused on complex civil and commercial litigation and issues related to liability, risk management, business management, corporate governance, employment law, and litigation. I have been rated by my peers as AV-Preeminent since 2012.
